These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VeeStack ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

VeeStack provides:

• Code Analysis: Automated security and quality analysis
• Report Generation: Detailed findings and recommendations
• Team Collaboration: Multi-user project management
• CLI Tool: Command-line interface for local scanning

2.1 Key Features

• Local code scanning (source code never leaves your machine)
• Cloud-based analysis engine
• Security vulnerability detection
• Architecture analysis
• Best practices recommendations

3. Account Registration

3.1 Requirements

• You must be 16 years or older
• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person

3.2 Account Security

• Keep your password secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 You May

• Use the Service for lawful purposes
• Analyze code you own or have permission to analyze
• Share reports with your team members
• Use the CLI tool on your local machine

4.2 You May NOT

• Analyze malicious code or malware
• Attempt to reverse engineer the Service
• Use the Service to attack other systems
• Share your account credentials
• Automate access without permission
• Violate any applicable laws

4.3 Content Restrictions

You may not upload or analyze code that:

• Contains illegal content
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains personal data without consent
• Violates any third-party rights

5. Subscription & Payment

5.1 Plans

5.2 Billing

• Billed monthly or yearly in advance
• Payment via Paymob (credit card, mobile wallet)
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial periods

5.3 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions auto-renew
• Cancel anytime before renewal date
• Cancellation takes effect at period end

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of your code
• You grant us license to analyze and generate reports
• Reports are licensed to you for your use
• You may not resell or redistribute reports

6.2 Our Content

• VeeStack brand and logos are our property
• Analysis engine and algorithms are proprietary
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our IP
• All rights reserved

6.3 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the Service per your subscription
• View and download reports
• Share reports within your team

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

7.2 No Guarantee

• We do not guarantee accuracy of analysis
• We do not guarantee error-free operation
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access

7.3 Limitation

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for loss of data or profits

7.4 Exceptions

These limitations do not apply to:

• Gross negligence
• Willful misconduct
• Death or personal injury

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeeStack from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your content or conduct

9. Termination

9.1 By You

• You may terminate your account at any time
• No refund for partial periods
• Data deletion within 30 days

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended non-payment
• Extended inactivity

9.3 Effects of Termination

• Access to Service ends immediately
• Data deleted within 30 days
• No refund of fees paid
• Sections 6, 7, 8 survive termination

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time:

• Notice: 30 days advance notice
• Method: Email + in-app notification
• Continued Use: Constitutes acceptance

10.2 Rejection

If you reject modified Terms:

• Your account will terminate
• No refund for partial periods
• Data deleted within 30 days

11. Dispute Resolution

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where VeeStack is registered.

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
